"I met Leighton a couple of years ago when I was Personal Training in America. I've got considerable experience all over the world working for different gyms; I've met many personal trainers, and few impress me as much as Leighton. The first thing that impressed me about Leighton was his knowledge, particularly on power training, which I was getting into at the time. Leighton was training me 3-4 x week for 2 months, within 2 weeks I could really feel much more powerful (I could jump higher, and do triple hand clap push ups) He mixed up weight training with plyometrics and sprint sessions. These sessions were very tough. So his friendly and coaching/motivating style was integral to keep me turning up to our early morning sessions! I have to say I enjoyed every session. I started training with Leighton In January 2008, having had two meniscus and One ACL replacements as a result of a skiing accident. I felt the rehabilitation with my physiotherapist was no longer productive and wanted to try something else. Over a period of six months we trained five hours a week, which fortunately was covered by my health insurance.

The results speak for themselves. I gained a lot of stability in and around my knee. Pain and soreness was reduced and became infrequent, with an increase in general mobility. My confidence to exercise increased and I now run two miles, three times a week. I'm really glad I decided to contact Leighton.
